2. Prep: dust-controlled diamond grinding; cracks, joints and spalls repaired
3. Build: primer, a moisture vapour barrier where the slab has moisture issues, then body coats and broadcasts for thickness, colour and texture
4. Finish: chemical-resistant topcoats, slip-resistant texture where needed, safety lines or zones
5. Hand over: final walkthrough, return-to-service schedule and a care guide
